【Story】
Keto bread is usually made with coconut oil, coconut flour, and lots of eggs. However, all of these have saturated fats. For long-term eating, the ideal keto bread should be low in saturated fats, high in protein, and high in fiber.
Additionally, my family has the ApoE4 gene and we do the ReCode method preventing dementia. For such a person, a lower saturated fat diet is essential than for the other person. On top of that, I am diabetic. Moderation in carbohydrates is essential, even more than for the non diabetic person.
I finally made this product that is pesticide-free, GFCF, and non-GMO by ReCode method, and that I can safely eat in place of my daily staple food without being tired of the taste.
